The ELG Healthspan Assessment

A Reflective Tool for People with Demanding Lives

The Healthspan Assessment is intended to help visitors reflect on areas of health worth discussing with their own healthcare providers or prioritizing next. It is not yet finalized—and when ready, it will be educational—not diagnostic.

Purpose

An Educational Tool for Reflection—Not a Diagnosis

The Healthspan Assessment is being designed to help people reflect on modifiable areas of health and life worth discussing with appropriate healthcare professionals—not to tell them they have a disease, calculate a clinical risk score, or replace individualized evaluation.

We're releasing it deliberately. When the questions, language, and disclaimer structure are appropriately reviewed and ready, participants on the access list will be the first invited.

The Assessment is intended to start conversations—not to diagnose, treat, or substitute for the advice of your own healthcare provider.

Potential Domains

Final domains may evolve. Today, the Assessment is being explored around these areas:

To Be Clear

·The Assessment will not be a clinical risk score.
·The Assessment will not tell visitors they have a disease.
·The Assessment will not be diagnostic.
·The Assessment will not replace individualized medical evaluation from your own healthcare provider.
·The Assessment will not be an emergency-care resource—if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek care from an appropriate emergency healthcare provider.
